I had 4 contractors bid for the sheetrock/taping job for my 3000 sq ft house. Joe beat everyone's price by a lot. Also he was recommended by a good friend of mine. I was worried taking the lowest bid, but his guys did a great job. Really fast, he gets his in and out of there in a hurry. I know he does a lot of high end homes for the builder I worked with, so that gave me piece of mind. He also sheetrocked/taped a basement for my friend a few months later, and my friend was very happy with the job.
