 + 0 moreOverall very well. Frank gets extra kudos for performing the job on New Year's day. Even though it wasn't an urgent emergency like a burst pipe causing flooding or anything, we have two small children and so it would have been very difficult to get by without hot water in the middle of winter for too long. We have also asked him back for other work since then... about a year after that we also had a bathroom faucet replaced and that went fine too.
Description of Work: Water heater replacement. Purchase, bring, and install new water heater, uninstall and haul away old one
