"In response to (removed member's name) review...(removed member's name) called our office on Saturday December 13th and asked that we give him a quote on a fall clean up for his girlfriend's property. I told (removed member's name) that Scott can do a drive by on Monday morning the 15th. When asked what time I explained I couldn't give a time it would be after he got his crew going on a job that was booked before his phone call. I promised I would follow up with a phone call to his cell. I received a call Monday morning at 9am asking why he wasn't contacted as of yet and I explained Scott was getting his crew to a job site and would be by in the morning for sure. He then proceeded to tell me that I promised Scott would come by at 7am...I explained Scott doesn't leave the house until 8am and I would of never said that. He then proceeded to say that "Scott was lazy and should leave the house at 7am and he would be amazed on how much work can be done between 7am-8am" So at this point after he insulted us I asked him to find another landscaper to help him that we couldn't do business together. He then told me he was going to post this on Angie's List and I said that would be ok and he then told me to "F**k you" with that I said ok I see you have no class and asked him to put that on Angie's list and I hung up on him...but from what I can tell he left that part out. We have been in business in this County for over 25 years and NEVER have we dealt with anyone as classless as this..."
