That was good. They did it pretty quickly. They came over fixed it and left. It was quick, easy, and clean. I would use them again in the future.

I called Tom Greco at County Garage Doors early on a Friday morning.  We needed "emergency" repairs as the cable broke suddenly, preventing us from access to our garage with a car inside.  The door was so heavy (old/wooden) that we could not lift it after  the cable snapped.  Tom took my call (even though he had not planned on working that day) and agreed to come to our house "right away".  And that he did.  He arrived 1/2 hour after my call, surveyed the damage, provided an estimate and proceeded with the repair.  An hour later, the door was fixed and worked better than it ever has since we bought our house over 5 years ago.  Tom could not have been nicer.  Professional, prompt, excellent workmanship - all at the quoted price (no add-ons).  He even took away the old broken parts and cleared away the debris from his work area.  We could not be more pleased.

I called County Garage to make an appointment and they said someone will be at my house the next day between 9am and 12pm. The gentleman(Rudy) came at exactly 9am. Very impressive.
I told Rudy that the cable snapped on my garage door when it was being opened. When Rudy looked he pointed out to me that one of the springs were about to break too. He was right. You can tell the spring was in bad shape. Rudy recommended to replace the springs along with putting in new cables which I agreed too.
Rudy was very professional, pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. He performed the work in just under an hour.
My garage door is now very quiet and smooth when opening and closing.
Rudy also gave me tips to better maintain the garage door for longer reliability.
Also my other garage door had a battery back up that needed to be replaced and that was remedied as well.
I have no complaints. I now know who to call and recommend for garage door service.

County Garage Door Company came out the day I called and it was a simple adjustment fix. They didn't charge me for the repair at all. I thought that was so nice and he informed me I would probably need a new opener in a couple of years, but he was so nice to not try and sell one to me now. He recommended a metal bar to put in myself for stability and sold me the bar for the below price. He then gave me the bolts I would need to install it, which were probably about $10 worth.

Tom Greco is the owner of this company. I thought they were really good. They guy that worked for me gave me suggestions like to spray my door with WD 40. That was really nice of him. He said if you do that it will prevent garage door problems like you would not believe. He also charged me a real fair price for replacing the chain.

THE GUY WAS VERY HONEST. HE DIDN'T PUSH ME TO REPLACE IT. I CALLED HIM AND HE CAME WITHIN THE HOUR. HE EXPLAINED HOW MUCH THE REPLACEMENT WOULD COST.
