Tom Jannace Roofing is the AAA+++ model by which all other contractors will forevermore be judged by me. He and his crew did a beautiful job, replacing my roof, gutters, attic exhaust fans, fascia boards and some of the sagging soffits with care and to the highest standards of construction practices, using excellent materials. He and his crew worked diligently and smoothly despite the cold weather, and made my house snug and safe, in only a few days. There were no issues. Everything worked as had been quoted and explained to me. As promised, they cleared away all debris as they went, without a dumpster, so my driveway and yard were clear at the end of each day's work. The price was right, the choices were ample, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I recommend Tom Jannace Roofing to everyone who wants to replace or repair their roof.

The job went smoothly, no problems. He and his crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. The quality of the work was superb, especially around the skylights. The clean up was perfect. I would recommend him highly.

I could not have been more pleased with the performance of Tom and his crew. I needed to replace an electric attic fan that burned out after 7 years of use. Tom introduced a solar option and took the time to explain the pros and cons of it vs. going back with another electric-powered fan. He came out to the house to verify if the solar fan would work because there are 70'+ tall trees on the neighbor's property. 2 days later Tom and his crew were at the house and installed the new solar fan. We have had several good rainstorms since and there have been no leaks. I would recommend Tom to anyone who's in need of roof work and I plan to use him if the need arises.

Tom Jannace and his workers did an excellent job from start to finish. Tom's pricing was better than two other companies that also provided bids for the project. A sudden and violent thunderstorm on recent Sunday afternoon was so bad, NBC4 came out to shoot video of the neighbors' fallen tree that crushed a car (no injuries) and took out part of his house. We lost a lot of shingles from different parts of our roof and were very concerned about getting internal water damage should it rain again. We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get someone to current over on a timely basis without taking advantage of the situation. Luckily, we remembered Tom had done our roof originally and we took a chance calling him on a Sunday afternoon and lo and behold, he answered right away and said he would come by the very next morning. As promised he showed up at 8 a.m. took a look, and put up a protective covering right away -- even before we could even call the insurance company to file a claim. Now, he's coming back to redo the whole roof. He's been great at calling the shingle companies to make sure we get the right match. We are so happy with staying with a local, responsive and professional roofer like Tom.

They did an excellent job on our roof, replaced about 10 sheets of plywood and installation a new attic fan. They were very neat as well as punctual. I highly recommend. I had used the same company at my other house about 15 years ago.

Prior to meeting Tom Jannace, I had only one different company came over, and gave an instant quote, even without going up to the rooftop, to check the existing condition of the roof system of my house, or the woodboards integrity. However, with Tom Jannace, he did go up to the rooftops of my entire house, checked the roofing system, the integrity of the existing woodboards, and he provided me very essential recommendations, for lasting, premier quality, and best roofing system. I am absolutely very happy and satisfied of the superb and utmost quality service Tom Jannace and his crew had provided in redoing / renewing the roof system of my house. The job went very well...exceeded my expectations for dealing with a contractor...Tom was very attentive to our needs....his crew was courteous and hard working...and dare i say...even neat....the roof looks terrific....the 50 year warranty means i can pass that along to my kids....pass it along to the new owner[it is transferrable by gaf] or i could just live to 112 until i need a new roof......lol...seriously i would highly recommend Tom Jannace roofing to anyone...he explained everything every step along the way....Thanks Tom

After getting quotes from 4 other companies for replacing our roof, we picked Tom Jannace Roofing. Several of our quotes were around the same price, but Tom who lives locally was able to convince me that they could do the job within a few days, as well as include all the things we wanted done in the price. As I was uncomfortable picking a roof color without seeing the colors installed on a roof, Tom drove me around pointing out the colors I was choosing from. Our roof was very professionally installed less than a week later. The workman carefully put up tarps to avoid throwing the old roof shingles on the flower beds. They cleaned up very carefully afterwards. The new roof looks amazing.

I recommend Tom Jannace Roofing with the highest level of satisfaction. Tom Jannace's personal attention to customer service and job details throughout the entire process was off the charts excellent. I have never worked with a contractor who is as committed to customer satisfaction as Tom. He is trustworthy, reliable and his pricing is fair, accurate and competitive. He made extra special effort to make sure that he had all of the job specific details to accurately quote the job and complete the job to the highest standard of quality. I haven't written very many review in my life, but in this case, I was compelled to do so!

LOVE Tom Jannace! I have had Tom come a few times now - the first was to replace all of my roof vent boots, which were dried out and cracked. He worked quickly, used quality products and was extremely affordable. He is also very responsive and followed up with me. I've also had him repair flashing that was hanging off, as well as my gutters, and he did a perfect job, quickly. I can't recommend him highly enough - he is unbeatable in quality, price and service!

Mr. Jannace arrived on 2/24/17 and inspected the entire roof outside and parts that were accessible inside. All checked out to be in good shape, no weak spots, no evidence of leaks. No repair needed. Paid for inspection only.

Tom was great ! He came on time in inspect and quote the job. He explained what he thought the bet way to fix the leak, quoted me a great price for the work. We scheduled the job, he arrived on time with his crew. All done in 1 day, they cleaned up and I couldn't be happier. No problems this winter. I would used him again, honest man, did what he promised for the price that he quoted.

We were very pleased with the service. Tom and his crew were prompt, thorough and easy to work with. He took us through the neighborhood and showed us all the roofs he had replaced -- this helped us decide on the color of the shingles for our house. The solar powered attic fans were a nice addition and made us eligible for an energy rebate on our taxes. Tom explained what was needed and gave us options; then let us decide what was best for us. We needed parts of the sheathing replaced before the new shingles were put down. There was more damage than expected and we appreciated how he showed my husband all the areas that were bad and what should be done to fix it properly. He didn't cut corners and we're happy about that. We're really pleased with how it turned out.

Tom did previous work on our roof which we were very happy with. So when we had a leak, we called him to check out the situation. He responded to our call immediately and came to check out the previous work to be sure that was not the problem, then continued to find where the leak was from. He gave us alternative solutions and when we decided which plan to take he arrived on the day and time he said he would be here. The work was done in one day, they were careful and respectful of our property, and cleaned up when done. The price was fair and we know he will backup his work. He was professional and cooperative to work with, and answered all our questions. I would definitely call him in the future if I ever need roof work again.
