Old World Restoration

He took off with $120,000 of my money. It was the most horrible experience. He stole, cheated and lied. We sat for 6 months waiting for work to be completed and the only work completed was Sheetrock.  He only showed up on weekends and sent 1 or 2 men to do the work. He lied about a spiral staircase that he did not put in. He did not do the necessary code work and ignored all of it. He did not follow the blueprint and changed things in my home that I did not authorize. The flooring work is uneven and lopsided. My roof is leaking. He ignored the wet pipe fire suppression and the fireplace work that was needed. He provided no materials.  I would not recommend using this company. He violated every code that was necessary in my home to build it correctly up to specifications for safety as per the town. He charged me for 52 brand new windows but I found out they were old, replacement windows that he did not clean out the rot for and wanted an additional $10,000. An engineer looked over the work to confirm all the issues that are now needing redone.
