mike showed up on time and gave me a price (verbal) and with in a few hours i received an e mail with all the details of what i needed done . I had 4 other company's come over before and after him none of them gave me the detailed written estimate that KLB did . mike was very knowledgeable and i just felt like he was the right match for the job my house was going to be put on the market for sale and the realtor suggested that this work would help in a fast sale of the house . with that being said i was looking for a fast cheap job and expressed this to all of the companies that i talked with . mike told me he only works one way , if he was to do the job and put his name on it perfection was all he could produce his integrity was on the line and wanted to be proud of every one of his jobs , and get future work from new owners . for His price was on target with the others who told me they could do a fast job and had no regard for the new home owner . Mike and his crew did a fantastic job at near same price as others BUT he went over the top in his work nothing was left but perfection . I think the steps will sell my house by curb appeal alone . He kept his men working until my yard was perfect . After he was finished he knew i was not well versed in growing grass and gave me advise on what to do . Then he offered to pick up grass seed and fertilizer for me he got me a great deal on what i needed . i paid him the materials but he would take no tip for his time Great guy who cares about his work and customers
