When I finally decided to sell, she still had my file on hand from two years prior.  She called me back within one hour of my initial call and we had the home listed within two days of our meeting with our first open house that very weekend.Pros:1.  She is aggressive.  She held open houses regularly until we had an offer come in.  They were held each week.2.  She lives in the area and has a vested interest in making sure you get the best price possible.3.  She gave my property just as much time and attention as the more expensive listings.4.  She has been in the business long enough to know people.  She helped us negotiate the best price with the potential buyer.5.  Her commission is fair and competitive.6.  She has competent staff at the office who handled showings outside of open houses.Cons:1.  I think the initial pricing placed on the property was too high.  There was no problem lowering the asking price though.  They are very professional people.Overall:  They are a professional company and have been doing business in the area for many years.  Linda Hickey comes highly recommended by everyone who knows her and she will not disappoint.  We were able to get into contract within two months of listing the property in a slow real estate market.

Our experience with her was great. She knew the area very well. Took us to some great homes. She took the time to sit down with us and get our preferences on what type of home we would like. She actually showed us the house we ended up buying quite early on. She did a fine job throughout our time with her. She thoroughly explained the process we needed to go through in our area and did a good job setting expectations on how things worked. We would definitely use her again.
