+ -1 moreWe have an antique house and our inspector told as that there were some 'areas of concern' with the foundation. In order to have more details and find out how critical any recommendations were, we hired Glenn. He asked questions before looking around, he poked around in the cellar and outside, then came back with a verbal list of problems and recommendations. I asked if he could please type them up for us, which he did once back to his office. (I think a written list should be standard.) We were able to do some projects that seemed critical and know what to keep our eyes on going forward.

+ -1 moreNO PROBLEMS WERE FOUND AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED. I HAD THE ELECTRICIAN COME BACK TO CHANGE A MINOR PROBLEM. THEY DID THE WORK SKILLFULLY. THE NEW FLOOR OF THE HOUSE IS WONDERFUL AND SPACIOUS. THIS HAS ADDED VALUE TO THE HOUSE.
Description of Work: WE PUT A SECOND FLOOR ON OUR HOUSE. WE DID NEW WINDOWS AND SIDING AS WELL. ALL OF THE WORK WAS DONE IN THE ESTIMATED TIME.
