Both realtors were first rate. The one who sold my house advised me on pricing without trying to push me too hard. She was very understanding of my needs and expectations, i.e., she actually listened to what I had to say. Then she did a great job of promoting the property. There were plenty of showings and useful feedback.
It was just a coincidence that another realtor from the same agency was the seller's agent for the house I am in the process of purchasing. While I've had less contact with her, she has shown herself to be professional and straightorward. She too listened to what I had to say and understood my particular circumstances, etc.
Both transactions are still pending, but so far, I have only good things to say about Village Green realty.
