In June of 2009, I had a flooded basement. I asked them to give me an estimate for the job. I gave them a deposit, with the understanding that they would complete the work. I decided not to go through with the work, and I was told someone would come by to issue me a refund. Eight attempts at contact later, I ended up in court with them. There is a judgment against him to refund my deposit. The longer I was in contact with him, the more animosity I felt coming from him. He did not give me any other choice than to go to court to get my money back. 12/17/2009 Update: A judgement was rendered by the Saratoga Springs City Court requiring WSJ to return $438. To date, no payment has been made.
