Met with Paul Rivenburgh re: landscaping, moving some existing shrubs, new plantings, river rock around patio and backside of the fencing; discussed what we would like; liked his suggestions and the quoted pricing. Before work could begin we had to wait for the concrete curbing/board to be installed, once the border was in place called him back to have a time frame when he could start our project; he contacted me in a timely fashion, giving me a date to be able to start the work and was right on time. Paul and his crew worked very hard and completed the project within a day to our great satisfaction. All our neighbors comment on how beautiful our yard is. The hydro seeding was very successful (unlike a previous company) and our lawn looks very lush and the grass is growing and filling in the rest of the lawn nicely. Also, because the work Paul and his staff was not as extensive as originally thought, he even reduced the original cost, much to our delight. I would highly recommend Paul's Lawn Care.

Cleaned up all clippings and hauled them away. Good size crew to get work done quickly. Nice guy too!

Communicating and setting a date with the owner are a total nightmare. Most of the time, he does not answer to any type of communication: phone, voicemail, or text. He refuses to commit to any dates or even range of dates. If you decide to use him, you would be waiting and wondering if or when he might be come to help. Then, when you are about to give up, he will just show up or tell you half an hour before that he is coming. Customer service and responsiveness are not high on his list.
When he does show up, his service is good. He is even friendly and helpful in person, but who can put up with the unresponsiveness and unreliability. It just takes much time and effort to work with him.

They did a great job. Removed leaves under shrubs, detached and mowed looked great when they were done. I have a very large area and I feel the price was well worth the work.

They are excellent. I've them for 3 years. I get a lot of treatments for the money. My daughter used them so I started using them. I am very happy with them. I am not usually aware of when they are here except for the little sign. They have not hurt my other plants in the yard so I have been real pleased with them. I will absolutely continue to use them.

Paul gave us an estimate to trim and prune the mess of overgrown bushes and 3 trees on our property. I called two weeks later, set up a time and promptly Paul and his crew of four arrived at 7:15 am. Paul reviewed our requests, added his expertise and the guys worked for 3 plus hours. The bushes look the best they've ever looked and we never had to rake up a clipping! Paul is very knowledgeable landscaper and can take most any overgrown yard and tame it in short time.
