We had visited a few lighting stores to purchase fixtures for a new home. Our online research took us to the company's site with a huge variety of products at substantially better prices than we had seen in lighting stores. The fixtures are accurately represented online and the customer service number on the site was helpful. If the consumer lives in the NY area, there is an actual showroom in Brooklyn, NY. Our first order was for two crystal fixtures - for a dining room and entryway. The one we received for the entryway was the wrong model. When we contacted the company, they assigned a call number for us to return the fixture and they shipped us the correct one, solving the problem without any difficulty. We ordered a third fixture for a kitchen island at another time and that was sent promptly. My husband has experience installing light fixtures, and he did not have any trouble although the directions could be more clear. Of course, someone qualified should install. Just one caution: if you order any of the crystal lighting, be aware that you do assemble them yourself & that takes some time. However, the fixtures are beautiful and we are very satisfied.
