I initially reached out to Debra Neglia to selll my home, based upon a friend's previous experience with Debra selling his home. That recommendation was certainly not unfounded. Debra came over to the house within a day or so, and provided me with her appraisal. She then, explained in detail, her services and the various options I would have when engaging with Volpe. Debra also provided me with the demographics for my area and the current market pricing, as well as the list of recent homes sold. I was extremely impressed with her extensive knowledge of the area - as well as, her very apparent eagerness to address any questions/concerns that I had. She then suggested that I take time to consider our discussion and made an appointment for a follow up meeting.
After our first meeting, I had no hesitation in making my decision to place my home on the market with Volpe Realty. From our second meeting, Debra sprung into immediate action - scheduling ongoing Open Houses, individual Walkthroughs, Multiple Listings, etc. Given all Debra's efforts, within a very short period of time, I received an offer for my home. We went into Contract - and within a few months, I went to Closing - with Debra Neglia at my side - all the way.
I really cannot express all my appreciation to Debra and her team for all the efforts, support and advice through the entire process. Volpe Realty, led by Debra Neglia, is an extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring Firm. I would highly recommend Volpe Realty to anyone who is firmly committed to either selling or buying a home.
