BEWARE!!!!!!!! This move ties with the worst move I've ever had in my life. First of all, the truck was an hour late. It took them over 4 hours to load the truck and then complained that I had too much stuff. Well I described EXACTLY what I had to John. If he's a professional mover and doesn't want to take it upon himself and his company to personally view the contents to move, then it's far from the customers' fault if the belongings do not fit in the truck. The lead mover stated after viewing the contents of my home that it would cost more than quoted. So then I had to leave them and rush to my bank to withdraw even more money. Upon arrival to my home on Staten Island, the lead mover told me it was going to cost even much more than what was quoted. To the tune of $1757. Now I only had the $1500 after making that additional withdrawal. John REFUSED to take a check. I had to speak to him on hte movers cell phone in which I was SCREAMED at by John and then he threatened to store my belongings until I came up with the rest of the money and increased the price to $2500. There's all kinds moving scams out there and this company is one of them. It's called BAIT AND SWITCH. I am SHOCKED that they got the reviews that they did. And you know of course furniture was damaged.

Team was very good. They pulled a team with very short notice (Same Day) to quickly pack and and move the entire first floor contents into a storage Pod so that the recovery company could manage the repairs due to flood damage.

They did a fine job for me. There was a problem with a few damaged items, and I tried contacting them. I ended up having to repair them myself. I would use them again for another move.

Despite the fact that it was raining, they worked hard and were professional and friendly. They were careful with our stuff, and very helpful. They carefully unwrapped the taped-on blankets on our furniture, and didn't drop or break anything. Also helped put together our custom dining room table. John, the manager, was easy to reach beforehand, and always returned our calls promptly. The only confusion was that they forgot to mention that they only take cash, but other than that, everything went smoothly. We would definitely use them again.

THEY ARE WONDERFUL AND HAVE MOVED ME SEVERAL TIMES. ONCE FROM MY APARTMENT INTO MY HOME AND MANY TIMES FROM MY SUMMER HOME TO MY WINTER HOME. THEY ARE THE ONLY COMPANY I WILL USE.

THEY PROVIDED ME WITH EXCELLENT MOVERS. THEY WORKED VERY HARD AND WERE VERY CAREFUL WITH MY FURNITURE. THEY WERE ON TIME AND DONE VERY QUICKLY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
