I cannot emphasize how disappointed we were with this project. It began with our cabinets on delay (not the contractor's fault) only to have him tell me once they were set for delivery that he no longer wanted the job. Ultimately, he was guilted into taking it and it all fell apart from there. Communication lacked throughout the entire process including items discussed but never put in the contract after multiple requests and eventually not completed. As the job went on work was completed without any craftsmanship not to mention may outright mistakes (ordering the wrong window, installing broken cabinets, wanting to close up walls that were leaking etc..) Next, the wrong screen was delivered. I have been waiting over 4 weeks for the screen and only hear from the contractor when I reach out. Today, I had a separate plumbing issue, and discovered the wiring for the radiant floor was never completed. I am completely dissatisfied with the lack of communication and how the job was handled.
