 + -1 moreHE DID GREAT WORK. IT'S JUST GETTING IN TOUCH WITH HIM. WE CALLED HIM A HUNDRED TIMES. HE SAID HE'D BE HERE ONE TIME AND THEN HE CHANGED IT, BUT THE FENCE WAS GOOD.
Description of Work: IT WAS BETWEEN TWO HOUSES. HE PUT A PVC FENCE IN FROM FRONT TO BACK.
