I called the company and within a week Walter Connelly came to my apartment to take measurements and show me wood samples. He was very efficient and also gave me helpful advice. He required approximately a one-third deposit. He told me that the blinds would come in in about three weeks, but they arrived earlier - in two weeks. Wle set up an appointment for installation, and his associate, Nick, came to do the work. Nick arrived late due to very bad traffic (he was coming from Staten Island whereas I live in Manhattan), but he was only half an hour late. Nick put up all the blinds in about two hours and did an excellent job. He was pleasant company while doing the work; he joked around a bit with me and my boyfriend. There was no damage or disarray to my apartment. I am very happy with the results. The blinds fit perfectly, work very well, and look great.

THEY WERE OK. HE CAME, AND HE DID WHAT HE HAD TO DO. HE CAME WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FROM WHEN I CONTACTED HIM. ALL I WANTED WAS FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT AND PUT BLINDS IN ALL OF MY WINDOWS, AND THEY WERE THE CHEAPEST ONES THAT COULD DO IT.

I HAVE USED THEM FOR MANY, MANY YEARS. THEY ARE DEPENDABLE AND PERFORM A GOOD, PROFESSIONAL JOB. THEY HAVE GOOD WORKERS. THE PEOPLE ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE PRICE IS FAIR.
