The work was excellent. The owner Richie was on top of everything. Her provided everything that he described. This is what he does for a living and it shows on his work. He had a team coming, dig out the whole thing and put everything in. He knows his business. Very satisfied. Top rated vendor.

Called Lila (very delightful and very professional) to set up visit for estimate. Bob (very professional) came out on a rainy day and assessed my needs. Purchased liner and skimmer and set up appointment. 4 gentlemen showed up 15 minutes early, and once they received my approval, proceeded to tackle job. They did an amazing job removing old liner, adding and leveled sand to base, and inserting new liner with padding in a very professional manner. They did not leave pool until the liner had settled to their satisfaction. They also removed roots, and one guy even sprayed Rustoleum in rust spots, at my request. They even offered to connect filter and heater but I declined. They hosed down my deck, and bagged up all scraps. Summary, I have no complaints. They provided outstanding service, and would absolutely use them again, and recommend them highly. 5***** all around.

Working with Pool Doctor in Staten island was a great experience. They were knowledgeable and helpful. The prices were good and the work was quality! I highly recommend.

My experience with Pool Doctor was beyond expectations. From the initial estimate, to the design process, followed by the installation, and completed with the pool tutorial, each and every step was well executed. PD went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.

Pool Doctor was competent, capable, and professional. There were logistical challenges due to the layout of the property but that didn't stop PD. The process is physically intensive and was even more so for this particular installation. Never did the team falter or complain. I admire the team even more knowing and witnessing the additional strenuous effort they undertook.

THEY WERE VERY NEAT, PROFESSIONAL, AND MOST OF ALL EXPERIENCED. THE JOB CAME OUT GREAT NO KINKS AT ALL. THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE ESPECIALLY NICOLE WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

During hurricane Sandy a tree fell toward the back of my house and landed on my fence and pool. During the latter part of July I was taking water off the pool cover and discovered a gash in the cover, I then emptied the pool and was looking around for someone to come and clean out the liner, I went to a pool company and they gave me one price, when I called to make the appointment they hacked up the price so I did not go with that company. I then went to the office of the pool doctor explained what I needed done, She told me that Bob would call and set a time when he would come to check out the pool. He came as promised, he looked over the pool and told me a price. The workers came as promised cleaned my liner, as the pool was filling up with water, the liner started to rip. I had to buy another liner, their workers came back out and installed the new liner, the workers were very professional and answered all my questions.
I would use this company again.

I had a problem with another pool company and I contacted them. They came out and gave me good advice. They told me to drain the pool instead of trying to filter it because it was the worst of the worst. He stayed and helped me suck out all the dirty water. He got down into the pool with a big boom and pushed all the dirty water toward the pumps. He was very friendly and totally professional. He did everything he was supposed to do. He hooked up the filter and made sure it worked. Then when he came to close the pool, he was on time and closed the pool very well. In spite of the hurricane, the pool cover was not damaged.

A nightmare from beginning to end. Everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. Bob (owner) is an OK guy and makes you feel like he'll do everything that he can to make things right but he's got the worst workers I have ever seen. Terrible! Now I have to live with this s*** job. Steer clear of this company!

The two workers came early, were knowledgeable and worked very professionally.
