THEY CONTRACTED TO INSULATE THE WINDOW POCKETS. THEY NEVBER DID. WHEN WE DID INTERNAL RENOVATIONS WE FOUND ONLY ONE WINDOW TO BE INSULATED. ADDITIONALLY ALL OF THE WINDOWS HAVE WARPED TO SOME DEGREE LEAVING SUBSTANTIALS DRAFTS.
MOST WINDOWS OPEN AND CLOSE VERY TIGHTLY NOW.
SEVERAL DON'T LOCK PROPERY.
   BEWARE THAT THE SUPPOSED LIFETIME WARRANTEE ONLY COVERS MATERIALS SO YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR A WINDOW BEING MADE AS WELL AS THE LABOR OF INSTALLATION. PLUS THEY WANT $150 JUST TO COME TO YOUR HOUSE TO EXAMINE. EVEN WHEN IT INVOLVED THEIR CONTRACTUAL VIOLATION. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU STAY FULLY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. CHECK CONSUMER AFFAIRS WEBSITE. THEY HAVE MANY BAD REVIEWS.
WE HAVE TO REPLACE ALL OF THE WINDOWS IN LESSS THEN 15V YEARS AND THEY HAVE BEEN IN BAD SHAPE IN LESS THEN 10.
LIFETIME WARRANTEE IS A JOKE BUT JUST TRY GETTING THWEM TO HONOR IT.
DON'T BE TAKEN IN BY REVIEWS WRITTEN IN A FEW YEARS OF INSTALLATION. 
IT TAKES ABOUT FIVE YEARS FOR THE POOR QUALITY OF THESE WINDOWS TO BECOME APPARENT.
UNFORTUNATLEY WE WERE NEW HOME OWNERS AT THE TIME.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Everything went wonderfully. They were very professional. There were three people who came out and they worked continuously and cleaned up everything! I would definitely recommend them!

Now that the winter is here and the temperatures have dropped, I can really see the quality of the windows. The house stays warmer and I can keep the temperature at a lower level. There is no draft at all now and I am extremely happy with the results.

I spent two weeks putting things away before they came, but was told they would move all heavy items.  They arrived one hour early, which would have been good had I been told just 15 minutes in advance.  I was just awake, having spent till 3 a.m. putting things away.  No problem, but they didn't really speak English.  The supervisor came about an hour later, but I was OK with everything and told them what needed to be moved, etc.  The supervisor left and so three men worked most of the day, and they did work.  He came back and they left about 7:30 p.m. except the supervisor who wanted to be paid.  I noticed most of the items had not been put back (e.g. desk,easy chair, etc.) which were too heavy for me, so he complained a lot but did it.  Then I noticed none of my shades or curtains had been put back up, even though I asked them men to do this hours before.  He said he had no tools and then left.  I called the company, but no answer.  We spent the night with sheets taped to the bedroom windows and that doesn't help much with the 5:30 a.m. sunrise.Now I have someone to help me clean, and she said they threw out all the brackets.  I have to get new brackets, and have to get someone to reinstall the brackets.  I also noticed my patio is full of debris from the upstairs windows.  They also broke a shelf in my hallway and a picture fell down and the glass broke.  One man said he would re-hang the shelf, but never did.  By 8 pm, 11 hours after they arrived, I was so exhausted.  And now, very little sleep. . .  I am soooo tired!  This is not acceptable.  It was a 2-day job, which they wanted to do in one day, and so the windows are good but the aggravation, huge amount of work on my part and lack of respect for a customer who is paying $6,000 is totally unacceptable.  I would not use this company again, of course, but caution everyone to have in writing what the men will do beside putting in windows -- who knew they would throw away and not reinstall my shade and curtain brackets?? Sounds trivial, but it's not!
