Terminix

Not well. Took a while for their bait system to work. Also, they were not checking the bait traps, as I was home one day when they were to check the traps, only to witness the tech pulling up to my house, putting the work order in my mailbox and not check the traps. After 7 years with Terminix, I again had swarms. I fired Terminix and called a local exterminator, who found the nest in a crawl space of my house, out of range of the Terminix bait system. I had the local exterminator treat the house, inside and out, do a physical inspection and no swarmers or termites present in my house to date.

I have had them for years and years. We have a regular contract. They are very good. If you have a problem, they will come. They are always professional. Yes, they are coming Wednesday to do the roaches. He came Saturday. He knew it was going to rain, and he asked to come on Saturday to spray for the mosquitoes.

Service was great up until about a year ago. Now, appointments are randomly scheduled, rescheduled and cancelled. There is no way to contact this local office. All calls go through the main office which is out of state. Everyone at the main office is great but nothing happens at the local level. I would would not recommend this vendor.

Not well. During the last 2 years of the contract, Terminix records show they inspected less than half (from 4-6) of the 16 stations. I chose not to renew and now have some termite activity, but Terminix has not done anything to remediate things.

When I had a problem I called Terminix but they were not correcting the problem. A family friend came out and fixed the problem.

They're excellent. They come out quarterly. It's part of my package. I paid for the year like 3 something. We paid it up front so this is just continual maintenance on my service I paid for already. 

I thought the price was a little higher than I would have wanted it. But other than that, their customer service, their promptness, professionalism and responsiveness, excellent. 

They were very upfront with the information. They gave more information than you needed so you can make a knowledgeable decision.

It was okay.  They did a good job, but the reason why I would not give them A grade because I was one that had to tell them where I found the floor because they weren't did not get that checked. I would not use them again in the future.

It went okay. I would give them overall B grade. They can be more respective to the client for the client being able to contact the facility itself and not the 1800 number. I would not use them in the future.
