IT WAS REALLY EXCELLENT, BECAUSE I WENT IN AND I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS ACTUALLY LOOKING FOR. THE SALESPERSON GAVE ME A GENERAL IDEA AND SHOWED ME SOME SAMPLES. SHE ALLOWED ME TO TAKE SOME SAMPLES HOME AND COMPARE THEM WITH MY WALLS. SHE TRUSTED ME TO TAKE A LOT OF SAMPLES HOME AND COMPARE IT WITH MY WALLS, AND I THOUGHT THAT WAS REALLY GREAT.

THE EXPERIENCE WENT VERY WELL. I WAS HAPPY. THEY DIDN'T DO SUCH A GREAT JOB NEAR ONE OF THE SEAMS, AND I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK TO REDO IT. THE PEOPLE WERE NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL. WHEN I WENT TO THE STORE, I WAS DEALING WITH THE SALESMAN. IT WENT VERY WELL. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE CARPET AND HAPPY WITH THE SITUATION, BUT THE TWO WORKERS THEY SENT I WASN'T THRILLED WITH.

THE SALEMAN WAS VERY POLITE. THE CARPET HAD A SPOT ON IT. THEY CHANGED THE WHOLE CARPET WITHOUT A PROBLEM. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES.
