Excellent service! Came the same day I called him to give us a quote. We thought his quote was a fair price. He came by later that week to perform the job and we thought he was very professional. One thing we could appreciate was that he was also clean with his work. We’ve worked with a lot of contractors and have come to appreciate that. More importantly we thought he did a great job rerouting a sewer release pipe that was improperly being vented into a closet in our basement. He rerouted it to outside. We have no complaints and would definitely use him again for other plumbing jobs in the future!

The response time was amazing! Before I even got to tell my husband I requested a call back the phone was ringing. Of course all these issues arise on weekends & when I explained it could not wait, even with it being St. Patty's weekend my hot water heater was replaced. Service was professional, neat & showed up exactly when promised. This is my new plumber for any future needs.

I hired SVA Plumbing to replace an old and broken steam-based heating system in my house that had just one heating zone, with a new water-based system with four heating zones (1 zone in the basement, 1 on the first floor and 2 on the second floor). SVA Plumbing installed brand-new PVC pipes, new cast-iron radiators (including replacing an old baseboard radiator in the basement) and a new boiler, including all of the associated electrical wiring and the connection of thermostats. Overall, they did an outstanding job. They are very highly skilled, very dedicated, and showed an exceptional level of professionalism. They finished the work on-time and within their quoted budget, and worked very efficiently, coming up with creative solutions and designs, which resulted in having to do minimal damage to the walls. They used materials and equipment of very high quality, all of which they provided. They were fully dedicated to my project from start to finish, and were able to replace my broken heating system in the middle of the winter, in a minimally invasive manner, considering me and my family did not have to move out of the house for the duration of the project. Even after the completion of the project, they were always available for any follow-up questions. They not only completed the main project on-time, but they also completed a couple of smaller projects for me while they were at my house, e.g. replaced a poorly designed rubber garden hose with a much more durable and weather-resistant PVC-based pipe, as well as removed some old pipes that were no longer being used. I would highly recommend SVA Plumbing for any and all of your plumbing and heating needs. Their combination of skill, dedication and professionalism are truly unparalleled.
