Steven Gave me plans many months late and then when he submitted them to the building department they were rejected by the building department because they were incomplete.  There were 18 formal rejections.  After more than a year and thousands of dollars he was unable or unwilling to resolve the extensive rejections in his own plans.   He told me he met with the building  department many times but I eventually learned he had not.   He told me the plans were to the letter of the law and they would "sail right through"   They didn't.   over all this was a very bad and costly experience.    If you want delays and failure he's the guy.   No less then three building were built or renovated in my neighborhood while I waited and waited for his failed plans.
