I ONLY WANTED ONE ROOM DONE FOR 40 DOLLARS, BUT THEY, ON THEIR OWN, DID ANOTHER ROOM TOO. THAT MADE ME MAD. I WAS FORCED TO DO MORE THAN I WANTED AND SPEND MORE THAN I WANTED TO SPEND. THE WORK WAS FINE, BUT THE LACK OF LISTENING TO WHAT I WANTED DONE IS INEXCUSABLE. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE USED THEM BECAUSE IT WAS AN EMERGENCY. MY DAUGHTER GOT SICK ON THE CARPET AND I NEEDED THE STAIN TAKEN OUT OF THE RUG IMMEDIATELY. THEY SAID THEY COULD DO IT RIGHT AWAY, AND IF THEY HAD JUST LISTENED TO ME EVERYTHING WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE.
