All temite services are performed by me using Phantom termiticide the only non repellant approved in New York State. We are an authorized Phantom application company. We also treat for mold and other wood destroying fugi., spiders, termites

He is an exterminator and has been to my house, probably, 15 to 20 times. He is very nice, reliable and I have sent him to many other people's homes if they were having problems. His treatment is about $28 per visit for a half-hour. He comes and does every part of the house except the bedrooms. Basically I only use him in the spring and summer because I feel that is the only time there is a bug issue on Staten Island. He comes no matter what, gives a fair price and gets the job done. Eric is the person who comes here and he is super-nice, friendly and honest. He is the best.

THEY RESPONDED WELL AND THEY TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. THEY CAME BACK AND MADE SURE THE PROBLEM WAS TAKEN CARE OF. THEY CAME AND DID HIS WORK FAST, BUT THEY MADE SURE THEY DID IT RIGHT. THEY WERE GREAT IN ANSWERING QUESTIONS ABOUT HOW SAFE THEIR PRODUCTS WERE.

HE COMES ON TIME and CALLS BEFORE HE COMES. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. HE COMES WHENEVER I TELL HIM, DOES WHATEVER I TELL HIM, and CAN WAIT FOR THE CHECK. IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE ON TIME.

THEY CALL YOU BEFORE THEY COME. THEY ARE QUICK, CLEAN AND NEAT. THEY ARE GENERALLY A GOOD, PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. IF HE CALLS AND SAYS HE IS GOING TO BE AT MY HOME AT 10 THEN HE WILL BE HERE AT 10. HE IS VERY CONSCIENTIOUS.

THEY WERE OK. THEY SATISFIED THE NEED TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM AT THE TIME. I HAD ANTS COMING IN. IN MY MIND, IT WAS JUST A QUICK SERVICE. HE CAME IN AND DID IT REALLY QUICK. I THINK HE DID NOT SEE THE MAIN CONCERN. TO MY MIND, HE JUST DID SOMETHING TO SATISFY THE NEED.
