Excellent workmanship on every aspect--carpentry, tiling, plumbing, design alteration, electrical work. Installation of new glass block window and pocket door. The door is so perfectly balanced that 3 years later I still marvel at how smoothly it operates. Peter the carpenter adapted an antique door I had stored away so he created the pocket door from scratch--perfection! Bob Grande, the business owner, is very knowledgeable and meticulous. This was a thoroughly positive experience with superb results.

Meticulous workmanship. It took much longer than planned which was inconvenient, however, the contractor addressed several extra issues and did his best to conform the design to my preferences despite his disapproval of my 'aesthetics'. This contractor (Bob Grande) had good ideas on making the best use of the small space. I plan on adding glass shower doors and the installer, while taking initial measurements, commented that the walls are nearly perfectly plumb which he rarely sees. Bob's workers were very courteous, quiet and trustworthy, including being cautious with my dog's well-being. His workers hold him in high regard--a reflection of Bob's good business ethics and considerate character. The final product was worth the lengthy disruption in our home routine and I am very pleased with Bob's fine workmanship and the ultimate aesthetic !

Bob Grande and his workers moved all of my furniture to another level, removed kitchen cabinets and gutted my kitchen. He removed all the flooring on the complete level, which was 600 sq. feet, three layers. He installed new 5/8and quot; plywood and over that a new 3 1/2and quot; wood oak floor which was later sanded and sealed three times. Installed new kitchen cabinets, opened a wall into the dining room, installed all electrical outlets and under counter lighting and fixtures. Installed all four appliances and cabinets and counter.. All hardware was installed on the cabinets and the level was tapped and painted, (three rooms). Sink installed along with faucet. Back splash
tile was installed.

This job was five weeks in length and everyday the house was left organized and swept clean. All workers arrived on time each day and when they didn't I would always receive a call ahead of time.

The windows were installed and trimmed out on the agreed upon schedule. The workmanship was of an exceptionally high quality, and the team cleaned up after themselves.
