The alarm system works just fine and we have never had a problem with it. We had paid for a maintenance agreement, when the system was installed, but had to pay to have the alarms moved, when we changed out some windows. I do not know the price, but my husband shopped around and said it was the fairest deal around.

I WOULD SAY IT'S GOOD. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS & THEY RESPOND QUICKLY WHENEVER THE ALARM GOES OFF. THE PRICE IS GOOD & REASONABLE. WHEN THEY REPLACED THE BATTERY, THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS GOOD. THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY, THE SAME DAY, & WITHIN 2 DAYS THE SYSTEM WAS BACK UP & RUNNING.

I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR THE LAST FIFTEEN YEARS. I MUST BE SATISFIED OR I WOULD NOT HAVE THEM. THEY ARE PRETTY PROMPT WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO COME. THE REPAIR PEOPLE SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
