Soledad always comes when she is scheduled to come, unless there is a personal emergency and then I receive a call beforehand.  She has purchased cleaning supplies for me and always leaves receipts and change so I know exactly what she has spent.  She is highly reliable, trustworthy, and efficient. 

I called and left a message on her answering machine. I never received a call back. Maybe she was away and could not call. In the meantime, I had to get someone else who was referred to me by a neighbor. I am not angry or upset. I just had a time schedule to get the job done.

Soledad has cleaned my apartment for more than 10 years. She is efficient, honest, completely reliable, and the best cleaner I have ever seen. I have recommended her to friends, all of whom have praised her services and recommended her to others. She cleans my apartment from top to bottom, including floors and windows. She finds things that need cleaning that I wouldn't even notice. I have hired her for special jobs, like preparing my apartment for potential buyers. She leaves everything sparkling. I should mention that she travels more than an hour to reach my apartment. She works anywhere in New York City that can be reached by mass transit.
