 + 3 moreWe were very happy to have found this contractor to extend our home to the much needed space that we wanted. They were very professional and responsible. We thought the end result was excellent quality work. We would recommend them to others and will look to them first and foremost if and when we decide to do something else.
Description of Work: This contractor extended my home 1300 square feet by putting in the foundation and two extra rooms. This included all the electrical outlets, drywall, painting, roofing, paneling, and shelving. They took about 3 months in total completing the job and took all the refuge with them when they left.

 + -1 moreSimon & Simon Contracting Incorporated were on time and very thorough. Their quality of work is great and so is their price. They did ruin some of my flowers, but other than that they were very good. The crew were all very friendly and courteous.
Description of Work: They installed a new asphalt shingle roof on my 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. They removed the old roof and took all of the mess away.
