We needed our apartment cleaned up for upcoming open house. We have used Kevin on two separate occasions for the bathroom and bedroom respectively. This was a much larger job and we could not be happier with the results. Work was done quickly and professionally. No unexpected costs in the quote. The space was treated with respect. Friendly, hard-working crew who cleaned up behind themselves. When they were finished, the place looked better than when we first moved in. Our broker was so impressed with the job, that she took Kevin's info for future reference. The apartment looked great for the open house! In fact, we had two offers that evening and ended up accepting one later that week. We are leaving Shamrock's info for the new owner.

THEY DID A NICE JOB. THEY HELPED ME PICK OUT THE CARPET AND THE FLOORING. THE CARPETING WAS NORMAL CARPET AND THE FLOORING WAS LINOLEUM. IT WAS NOTHING TO FANCY, JUST IN THE MIDDLE PRICES. THEIR TEAM THAT INSTALLED EVERYTHING WAS GREAT, AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF KEEPING THEIR MESSES IN A PILE. AFTER THEY FINISHED RIPPING UP THE KITCHEN FLOOR THEY WERE VERY CAUTIOUS NOT TO GET DIRT EVERYWHERE AND I APPRECIATED IT.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS PEOPLE. THEY ARE ALSO POLITE AND HELPFUL. THEY PROVIDE A DECORATOR IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE IT. IT'S WORTH THE PRICE BECAUSE THEY GIVE YOU GOOD SERVICE.
