Seung is great to work w/, especially compared to the competition that consists of larger companies that send out minimally trained technicians that don't seem to know what to do unless the problem is totally basic. Seung clearly has a wealth of experience is by far more analytical than the average technician. The fact that he has gone off on his own to start a business after 16 years says something in and of itself.
I love that he explains the mechanics of things and what could be going wrong as he works. With all repairs he has done for us, he has been very fair price wise and gets the results.
If he services your area I highly suggest you get him to work on your boilers or ductless air unit!
