the project went very well and was seamless.  its high season and no one ever gets back to you and on time,  except Sam.  he came over and provided a super quick estimate.  we agreed on a price, and the work started right away.  his guys worked really hard and got the job done with no issues.

Excellent work effectively done. Some extra electrical work was required and he did it no problem. Everything was done efficiently, cleanly, and when extra work was needed he did not complain. The work was costly compared to other estimates, but I'm fairly well convinced that it was worth it.

Sam is a great guy and very good to work with. He is very honest and up-front. He explains everything in depth and answers all your questions. His team worked quickly and did a great job. I highly recommend Sam's Air conditioning.

Excellent!!!! Four men came the first day to prepare the installation. All water and electrical pipes had to run inside a wall ( in this old house...who knows what you will find) to the cellar. They completed this task and ran the pipes on the ceiling to the corner where the had to drill up into my kitchen cabinet which was on the outside wall to the backyard. With this accomplished, they then had to drill through my fieldstone cellar wall to bring the pipes outside to connect to the compressor. I requested the unit be hung on the wall so as no to lose backyard space near the kitchen door. All this was accomplished in three days and Sam and his team were professional, friendly always cleaned up after they finished a task. I would highly reccommed Sam to anyone who wants a ductless air conditioning system. Price wise he was the lowest of all Mitsubishi Diamond dealers I contacted.

We live in a 1950's brick, bungalow-style house and were looking to replace noisy through-the-wall a/c units with ductless a/c units.  We called Sam's for an estimate after reading all the overwhelmingly positive reviews on Angie's List. After our initial meeting with Sam where he discussed the job and described the intricacies of this type of system, we were confident that he was the right person for the job and he did not disappoint.  Equally as delightful, was his experienced and skillful crew. They were neat and courteous throughout the 5 days it took to complete the job. We really cannot add any new superlatives to describe Sam and his crew so will just confirm what others have already said that they were a pleasure to do business with.  Just know going into this type of  home improvement, it will be expensive given the high quality Mitsubishi equipment and the labor intensive nature of the installation, but we can say unequivocally, now that we have had to use it, it was worth every penny.

Sam was simply fantastic. He is very reliable, and absolutely professional. We always felt like we were in the right hands from day 1. He came over several times to provide us with different estimates as we were unsure what exactly what we wanted to do. He was very patient. Once we decided to go ahead, it was a totally painless process to get the units installed. They work very well, performing exactly as we had hoped they would.
We would use Sam again if had another such project and would recommend him whole-heartedly to our friends and family.

Although he was the 1st contractor to give me an estimate,  Sam projected such an air of professionalism that I sensed that he would be the guy I would eventual hire.
I went ahead and got 5 other contractor estimates, but my intuition was on the money. He and his crew were courteous, neat, and totally competent. I unhesitantly recommend him to everybody who asks about my AC system.

Sam and his crew were truly a pleasure to work with.  They were all knowledgeable about the product they installed and experienced in what they did.  They were neat and clean and ensured all of our furniture was completely protected and secured before  beginning any work.  The crew worked very hard to ensure the installation was completed on time as promised.  Sam is very dedicated to customer satisfaction and his results prove this beyond a doubt.

Now I am the "coolest" person in town.  Thank you SAM.

Sam came to my home to assess the job. He took the time to describe the scope of the job and the Mitsubishi product in detail and gave me a brochure with product information. He emailed a detailed proposal within a couple of days. I am the type of consumer who researches products and services extensively before making a purchase. Sam was also recommended to me by professional tradespersons. I concluded the proposal was fair and contracted Sam's Air Conditioning.
Sam and his team showed up as promised and went to work. I closely observed the work and knew in short order that I had made the right choice. Sam is the consummate professional and a gentleman. He was there from start to finish ensuring the installation was done correctly. He and his team worked very neatly making sure things were cleaned up before leaving. The Mitsubishi units are extremely quiet and energy efficient.
I would not hesitate to recommend Sam's Air Conditioning to friends and family!

Sam's Air Conditioning is a nice guy but he didn't diagnose the problem correctly. We had to fix the problem in another way. He was telling us that one thing was the problem  but it was something else. He was prompt and came right away.

The work went very well, Mr Sam and his people showed up on time and did their work like professionals. I am happy that Angie's List  led me to Sam's A/C.        

There was a lot of work and they were here for 2 weeks.  They did a good job. The quality of work was good and when they were done there were no wires showing and everything was done neatly.  There was no damage to the house and it was just a really professional job.

I would highly recommend him. He is extremely prompt and did a terrific job. He even came back and calls me periodically to check up and make sure everything is running properly.

The units were small and look nice in the room.  They were easy to clean and maintain.  They were prompt, honest, and easy to work with.  They gave good service, and we are planning on using them again.

We retained another contractor.

However, i believe that this one would have been good too.

The main difference was that the other (retained) contractor handled under 1 bill/contractor the AC and related electrical work.

This one required an external electrical contractor, making things more complex for us.

Sam's and his workers were very prompt, clean and professional. At the end of each day, Sam would personally stay behind to inspect and tweak any work that was not up to his high standards.

This guy's service was fantastic. First, he spent over an hour with me on the phone trying to get my boiler working. We went over everything and I learned a lot in the process. Then, he came over and determined that the carbon monoxide detector had failed, which is why the boiler wasn't working. Then, after temporarily bypassing it to confirm that was the failed part, he determined why it had failed: the flue was clogged with debris, causing the detector to cycle so much it just died. So, he dismantled the flue and cleaned it out as best he could, and we confirmed the exhaust was leaving correctly again. He closed everything up (and disabled the boiler due to the broken CO detector). He then left for vacation (Thanksgiving week) but had a colleague come back soon and install the replacement CO detector and restore my boiler to working order as soon as it arrived.

The job, once everything was ironed out with the home warranty company (Prime Home Warranties), happened quickly and I felt very comfortable with all of the gentlemen  that worked in my home.   This is a rare occurrence, and I greatly appreciated their diligence, patience, and desire to "do the job right".  In short, "excellent work", "excellent communication", "genuine desire to do the job in a correct and timely fashion", and "nothing but the utmost professionalism".  I can't say enough good thing about this company and strongly encourage others to make use of their excellent services.

Sam is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He is also very honest.  He truly cares about his clients.  Quality work and customer satisfaction are his top priorities. I had an estimate from another company.  The proposal was very vague, and the person did not display knowledge or competence.  I also called Sam's Air Conditioning. Sam explained the scope of the work needed  regarding installing a Mitsubishi Heat/pump system. This included installing an outside unit and 3 interior units.He sent me a detailed proposal. The price was fair. He and his workers were very polite, punctual, and responsive to my questions. The work was completed in a timely fashion. I  HIGHLY, HIGHLY  recommend this company.

The installation (including mouting and drilling through a brick wall) was very well done, workers are knowlegeable, hard working, and polite. They cleaned up completely and the installation was perfect. The machine is fabulous and has made it through the ridiculous heat wave keeping the floor very cool without the slightest wimper.
Sam had previously repaired a horrible installation for different unit by another company. The problem had stymied an electrician who teaches apprentices in the Electrician's union and a commercial installer with 20+ years experience instaling A/C. I know Sam is very knowledgeable because he identified the problem immediately and repaired it excellently.
This company is at the top of professional, easy to deal with, and I highly recommend them for any AC purchase and installation. I know you will be more than pleased.
