li did not pay the balance he never completed the job.. he was supposed remode my 1967 bathroom could not get any one to fix the mess i was left with.. we hired to demo ceiling, walls and floor in my 1967 bathroom.... he demoed by throwing everthing out the window and breaking my bathroom window and leaving a mess. the new ceiling he made was crooked, every wall is off by inches, tne floor was not plum and i did hardwood in it was off by 2 inches, they cracked my new bain tub on installation, i had to pay to have it repaired, he left the rottted sub floor under the new sub floor, he put a vent half and out of my shower ceiling (6 feet from where we wanted it) and was not the vent that we wanted, bucthered the electrical work, installed junction box for chandelir and cover knockout holes with plywood so had no access to hang chandelier, did n ot put gasket in tub trap lever and had flood in my downstairs (damaging the downstaris celing), they also put a saw through this same ceiling when cutting studs for the floor. the tile work is all crooked, they damaged every moulding in my hallway going into the bathroom when they brought in the cathedral ceiling they made outside to install inside, damaged kitchen cabinet moulding and nail pops throughout whole house (on new painted ceilngs) cause were in my attic like animals, even my bedroom walls were damaged, he put the tub wall too close to my toilet so a big person could not sit on my toilet he to me to have them sit sideways in mynew bathroom, they bought gatorade with my supply money, when we called to see if he was coming back before we even knew everything was off, to finish stage 2, he said he was too busy and to my hubby to go F himself. i have these conversations recorded as i have a home surveilaance system and i have witnesses as well DO NOT HIRE S & K CERAMIC, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THEM!!!
