If this is the case with your vehicle then it is DANGEROUS to drive at night due to the lack of light that is able to penetrate the cloudy or yellow lens cover. Also, yellow or faded headlights make a car look very old. It will cost over $700.00 for two new headlights. In about 1 hour I'll restore both your headlights to like-new condition for $35.00 per headlight. I offer kind, courteous, and prompt at-home service. You won't be disappointed.
