Rosalind Russo Appraisal Services

Wells Fargo sent me the report and noted that the appraisal was $25,000 below expectations.  I was surprised and my husband and I looked through the report.  Immediately we noticed an error.  Ms. Russo had noted that the exact house next door to us sold for $475,000 and that is the amount Ms. Russo appraised our home.  This was not true as we looked it up and saw in four places that the house sold for $530,000. I immediately called Wells Fargo and told our banker and he said I should call Rosalind Russo Associates.  I called and Ms. Russo got on the line.  She was open to talk to me until I pointed out her error.  She said that I was correct, but because I pointed out her error  I was disrespecting her, that she could not talk to me, and then hung up on me.
Instead of correcting the error and looking to see if my home appraisal could be re-evaluated correctly, which would have been the professional approach, Rosalind Russo decided to be nasty, disrespectful, rude and completely unprofessional.  An error was made on her part, acknowledged by her, and then nothing done about it.  I certainly believe I am not the only person this has happened to with Rosalind Russo. 
Wells Fargo obviously believed I am correct in my assessment of  both the appraisal and Rosalind Russo and refunded my "non-refundable" appraisal fee payment.
