THEY'RE VERY GOOD TO DEAL WITH. THEY AIM TO PLEASE. I'VE BEEN USING THEM FOR THIRTY YEARS. THEY HAVE NEVER DISAPPOINTED ME. THEY DID A PERFECT JOB. THERE'S NEVER A CALL BACK. I'VE NEVER IN THIRTY YEARS HAD TO CALL THEM BACK TO FIX SOMETHING. THEY NOT ONLY MAKE THE SHADES, BUT THEY ALSO COME IN AND INSTALL THEM. THEY ARE GREAT AND EFFICIENT.
