Once I told them the look I wanted, they helped me select the tile (floor and wall) and the fixtures. After the job was done. They were not responsible for the installation, we had a problem with the shower head, which was removable on a "hose." If you turned on the water high too fast, the shower head would launch like a rocket. We went back and Anthony took an hour calling the manufacturer, etc. We finally found out that the hose had been installed (by our plumber) backwards.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND ON TIME. THEY WERE PROMPT. THE FLOORS LOOKS GREAT. THERE WAS NO MESS. THE GROUT CAME OUT GREAT. OVERALL IT WAS JUST A VERY GOOD JOB. THE SALESPEOPLE ARE VERY NICE AND COURTEOUS.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. THEY WERE GIVING ME GOOD IDEAS, AND THEY TOOK THEIR TIME WITH US. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. WHEN THEY DIDN'T HAVE WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, THEY EVEN SUGGESTED ANOTHER STORE TO GO SEE WHAT THEY HAD. I EVENTUALLY WENT BACK THOUGH THEM, AND I AM GLAD THAT I DID.
