I called on the weekend and got an appointment the following Monday. Mark Loffredo was on-time, friendly and professional. The house is old and he shared realistic concerns. He was able to appreciate the old home but point out what kind of work would need to be done to get it up to date.
The report covered pretty much everything I could want in terms of a home inspection including termite/insect inspection.
I eventually bought the house 3 months later and so far haven't discovered any problems that he missed.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT & PUNCTUAL. I HAD ALL THE INFORMATION I NEEDED. THEY GAVE ME A GOOD REPORT. IT WAS A WELL-DOCUMENTED REPORT. IT WAS GREAT WORK ON THEIR PART.
