I had just been burned by two other glass places over the weekend, one which even took a deposit and then couldnt deliver the glass on time. I started calling places that i saw on google maps and came across this shop while standing inside the lot of another shop that also couldnt get the glass in time for me. Richmond guys told me exactly when they would expect to receive the glass at the shop, how long it will take to install and how much it would be. Mind you, this was 9am in the morning and they were promising a 10am delivery while every where else was at the earliest 1am and their price was $25-$50 cheaper. If these guys could keep their promise i would be extremely happy. I arrived a few mins earlier than the scheduled time and they pulled my car into the garage. As stated, 10am the glass was delivered and they started the work on the car. The work took longer than expected but that was because the last shop removed the rubber gasket and didnt give it to me when i canceled their service, so i had to drive back to pick it up. The work was completed in a timely fashion and it was a very professional job. As the person brought me the bill, he realized that they didnt need to do any cleaning so he removed the cleaning charges from the bill. That showed me their honesty and integrity. I was definitely a satisfied customer and would go back to this shop if i ever need auto glass repairs.

Upon a recommendation from our neighbor, my wife contacted Richmond Auto Glass. They were very responsive, quickly obtained the correct replacement, and came to our home for removal/installation. My wife says they were courteous, professional, and on-time. My wife had contacted Manfredi Hyundai and they wanted over $700 and she had to take the car to the dealership. Safelite wanted $365 plus taxes and other small fees and she would have to take it to somewhere in Queens. They wanted an additional $50+/- to repair it at our home. At $250 including a one-year warranty covering leakage, noise, and any other issues attributed to the installation, it was an easy decision. We would definitely use their services again.

I have used Richmond Auto Glass for many years many times to replace windshields and fix door regulators and a side mirror in many of my cars and family cars. They are super professional, neat clean, organized and competent. I even fought my insurance company once when they wanted me to go to their glass place which they were going to pay 2X the amount to have it done. I told them I know Richmond Auto Glass does a good job and does it right the first time with no leaks and no mess so I am going to them which they had to pay for. It was no problem for Richmond Auto Glass to handle the claim, which was just a routine thing for them.
Not only to they do a great job but their prices are great, and it is quite a painless experience. It is bad enough you have to get some glass fixed because some rock flew off a truck or someone put their foot through your windshield you don't need any more pain - that is why I always use and recommend these guys. They are also very articulate people too. Very easy to talk too. They keep appointments and do what they say. They have never caused any additional damage. They have clean little room with a TV and magazines customers can wait in as they do the work.
The week I wrote this I am bringing a friend to have windows installed in a truck at Richmond Auto Glass at my suggestion.
