RedLine is made up of 3 partners who operate over see the day to day operations of each project, along with our field supers, back office PM's and subcontractors. We have set principals on each project, wether it is a large project or small we treat each job the same, each job has an owner, field super and PM assigned to that project. When doing any type of home improvement you must build to the finish, you must put your self inside each room and visual know and understand what the finish product will be. When building to the finish this allows you to avoid making mistake that could be detrimental to the final design of the project. All of our jobs are billed for work in place with retainage held back, we use a standard AIA form for all of our contracts and invoicing. We have experience and are capable of working with bank financing. Based on the job we will offer for new customers 10% off job cost, but job will need to be evaluated. REDLINE is also responsible for the general management of the organization, market research in the Tri-State Region submarkets in which the group operates and supervision of the development work conducted by affiliate companies. Quality of the work, attention to detail and dedicated personal service are the cornerstones of the company. To ensure quality, REDLINE principals are involved in the day-to-day decision making process on all projects and each project has its own supervisor and dedicated project manager.

We intimately get involved in value engineering and design build with our clients project from start to completion.
