This company has terrible service, terrible customer service, and generally very un-consumer friendly. To terminate contract they require a certified, return receipt letter mailed to their PO Box and then they choose whenever they want to shut the service off. At the time when I signed up, they reassured me it would be very easy to get out of the contract if I moved so I decided to go with a longer contract as a result. It's the old "we'll lie to you up front to get you in and then make it incredibly hard to get out of it deal" Avoid this company at all costs.
