THE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN A GOOD EXPERIENCE. IT'S A FAMILY COMPANY AND THEY ARE VERY CONCERNED THAT EVERYTHING THEY DO IS RIGHT. I THINK IT'S THE IMPRESSION THEY GIVE YOU THAT THEY ARE GENERALLY CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

THEY'RE GREAT, FRIENDLY, RESPOND WELL, TRUSTWORTHY AND ARE WELL INFORMED. THEY TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS IN A VERY TIMELY FASHION. THE TOILET WORKS NOW AND I AM HAPPY. THE PRICE WAS TOO MUCH, BUT THEY COULD HAVE CHARGED $10 AND I WOULD STILL COMPLAIN.
