Rampulla Associates's Land Use Department has one of the largest and most sophisticated zoning practices in Staten Island. Our staff has deep experience handling all aspects of site development, including zoning changes, special permits, variances, landmark proceedings, air rights, transfers, and wetland permits. History Established in 1972. This firm was started in 1972 by Phil Rampulla. In the early 2000's his two sons Leonard and Phil took over the business.
