"Hi Curtis, Sorry you feel that way but it was not our fault you bought the wrong color and it did not come out the way you wanted. You and your wife admitted that you made the mistake with the color and that one coat would not cover the old color. We did our job and were there two full days just as booked and finished the ceilings and walls where we were supposed to. Also, you wanted us to come back and give another coat but never called us and we gave you a great deal to come back just so you would be happy with the outcome.
