Do not use them as they don't understand proper customer service. I was a happy repeat customer for years. I called them up because we had a lot of water flowing randomly behind our washing machine (a large stacked washer dryer in a tight spot). Wasn't sure if it was an appliance problem or a general plumbing problem. They said they won't charge us unless they fix something. They have four people there and move the machines. They find a leaking condensation line not properly going into the drain. They also made a few small adjustments with the washing machine itself as well. They fix that and I pay them $200 no problem. Later that day when we are running the washing machine after some time it keeps erroring out with an error code indicating the machine isn't receiving water (which is a new problem). My wife and I call back the next day saying we have a new problem with the washing machine that we never had before. We explain the problem to be what seems like no water going to the machine and happened only after they left. We asked for them to return to the house to take another look or refund our money. McGlynn plumbing was 100% certain that it isn't caused by them and they REFUSE to come back to the house to check it out saying now we should call an appliance person. I end up moving these stacked machines with my wife. Sure enough they forgot to turn the water back on. Everybody makes mistakes from time to time but being so stubborn as to not return to a repeat customer is just poor business practice. Stay away!

He's professional. Not to try to sell me the most expensive alternative.

Everything was perfect. They came with protective gear. Did the job perfectly. But the price was bit much higher than other contractors.

The two plumbers who responded to my request were very friendly, informative, & polite in their job performance. Their professionalism was above & beyond what I expected in a service call of this nature. The two gentleman offered preventative measure to safeguard against this problem recurring. I would most definitely refer this organization to friends.

He is very very good. I keep using him.

He did an excellent job.

All professional the whole way. We were quoted $250.00 and the job cost $250.00.  We also told them that we had bought a shower head and could not get the old one off. The pipe it was attached to was moving. Nick got that old shower off in a minute and installed the new at no charge! Thank you very much McGlynn plumbing for your service.

McGynn  Plumbing  installed a water heater in 2011.   The pilot went out August 4 2014 and required a restarting. After unsuccessfully trying to start my self, I called Mc Gynn for repair. I was informed that parts were under warranty but labor would not be. Two plumbers show up push a button and successfully started it. This took less then 10 minutes.  I was presented with a bill for   1 hour service plus tax $146.98.  Nothing was repaired,just a push of a button.   This represents poor customer service. Especially in light of the fact that the heater was purchased and installed by this firm.  I realize that something should be paid but found this to be excessive. $ 50 would seem fair. I called and was told by their business manager that since I now have hot water they consider that it was repaired. This is a neighborhood vendor and so I have alerted all my neighbors .  Obviously they are not good customer service people and I hope this will be pointed out.

It didn't go well from there.  The plumber wrote the bill up for $299.40.  He said there was a 2 hour charge for his time and $150 for the new faucet install (plus tax).  He was not there for 2 hours.  He was there for 1 1/2 hrs. and out of that time, he spent about a 1/2 hr. in total looking at the bathroom faucet (which was about 5 min utes since he didn't have the parts for it) and trying to fix the leak in the kitchen faucet.  I have no problem paying for the installation of the new faucet ($150), for the 1/2 hr. time on the two faucets and for sales tax.  What I did have an issue was paying for his time on the installation of the new faucet since that should have been what the $150 installation charge was for. Also, nowhere from the time I made the appointment to in the time he was at my house did anyone say, "If I fix the faucet it's this much and if you then decide to install the new faucet, it is another $150"  The plumber knew I had a new faucet as back-up when he first came so he should have mentioned the charges then.  When I called the office, they said the charges were correct and that was that!!!  Needless to say, I am not happy with McGlynn and would never use them again or recommend them to anyone who asked.
