Adam and his guys checked my computer and discovered my hard drive had fried. Needed replacement, but before they did that I asked if they could get an important file from it (yes, I had a backup drive, but for some reason this file did not copy). Anyway, they tried over and over to get the file for me, but the drive was too far gone. They went above and beyond to try to help me and at no extra expense. I would recommend to everyone.
