I called early on a rainy morning and Louie showed up about 10 minutes later to check the inside of the house to see where leak was coming in. During a break in the rain, he climbed to the roof to assess the damage. Many tiles were missing and he took pics of the damage. He recommended a 1/2 house re-roofing but we couldn't afford that so Louie did patching the next morning. Great communication; current rain is NOT leaking into my home. AAAA+++++ I will get the flashing and recommended repair done next summer.

We had a leaking roof on a Friday morning, we called around and this provider agreed to come take a look for an estimate on a Sunday before a week full of rain ahead.
He came, was very professional and reasonable so we hired him to complete the work right then and there.
Great experience.

There has been no leak after a recent heavy rain.

I had an emergency during the last severe rain storm. Water was literally dripping from my dining room ceiling, in several places. This was early Sunday morning. At 7:30 am I called 3 roofing companies whose names I found in the phone book. I knew nothing about any of them other than that they provided 24/7 emergency service. By 9:00 am Louie was at my door. He gave us a good price and said he'd be back to do the work in 3 days. It turned out to be 4 days (because of weather conditions. He did call the day before to let us know about the delay). On Thursday, he and his crew of 4 workers arrived at 8:00 am and by 3:00 pm the work was completed. They did a good, clean job! And they hauled away the garbage. Louie was great. He answered all questions, explained the processes, was friendly and professional and did everything he said he would.

FABULOUS JOB! I LOVED THE SERVICE AND THE PEOPLE. I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT LONG ON ANYTHING. THEY WERE SO NICE AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. THE ROOF LOOKS WONDERFUL!
