Came to review the extent of damage to my roof, gave a very good quote and kept to that price. Arrived on time, replaced all the missing tiles and replaced the chimney and lid. Was very knowledgeable, courteous, and punctual.

Al was very professional and a gentleman. He comes from Staten Island to Flushing. He would never overcharge anyone. I've always had good experiences with him.

He came out right away and got the job done. He is very sincere and friendly. I am very pleased with his services. He also inspected the entire roof to ensure that there was no more damage. He didnt find any additional damages to my roof.

Showed up as promised. I was given good advice concering repairing vs replacing. i am impressed with the quality of work done and the materials used.

I had multiple leaks in my lean to Greenhouse. This was a VERY difficult repair because the roof of the Greenhouse is ALL glass. Al is an old school craftsmen and solved the approach and found a solution to repair the leaks. There have been a few bad rain storms since the repair and it was totally successful. No more leaks. Al also repaired my Roof a few years before and did a great job (which is why I called him for this tricky repair)

They did the job when scheduled. The quality of the work was very good. They were a little messy but I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

I AM REALLY GLAD THAT WE CHOSE PRIME STAR. I HAD SHOPPED AROUND TO GET THE BEST PRICE. THEY REALLY DID A FANTASTIC JOB! IF I HAD IT TO DO ALL OVER I WOULD STILL GO WITH PRIME STAR. THEIR WORK IS AWESOME!

THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB AND MY ROOF NO LONGER LEAKS. THE REPRESENTATIVES CLEANED ALL THE DEBRIS UP FROM THE OLD ROOFING. THIS COMPANY FINISHED THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER.
