PRESTIGE PLUMBING & HEATING

Horrible. Prestige completed plumbing and sprinkler roughing for my home. They self certified the job to get approvals. Upon trying to complete finishing work, every single bathroom was incorrect. We needed to hire someone to rip open walls, redo the plumbing, etc. They also installed less sprinkler heads than the approved plans permitted. This was not discovered until after walls were put up, and Prestige now refuse to fix their error.

Prestige was quick and professional, got it all set up and running and explained what I needed to know. I am very happy with the service I recieved and would certainly use them again. Hightly recommend.

Yes they were responsive and punctual but they also quoted me one price and charged me another. What really should have only taken 1-1.5hr, took them 3 and they didn't even complete the job fully. It started with a 5 minute evaluation then it took them about 30-45 minutes to retrieve their tools from the car, about 10-15 minutes of shutting off the water and disconnecting the stove and sink. They borrowed my pail and towels for the excess spillage of water, then took another 20 minutes of getting more and quot;toolsand quot; from the car. Upon returning from their second car run, they tell me they couldn't disconnect my dishwasher because it was hard wired in. I thought it was a really complicated thing until I learned from my cabinet installation guy who's worked for general contractors that it was indeed a very simple disconnect. Also, when we asked about installing our washer/dryer, we were told it would be a very complex job that would cost us $8-10k. Seriously?! After this rather annoying discussion, they then went back to their car to get their paperwork. And guess what? That was another 30 minutes. They must have parked in Manhattan or something because they just wasted 1.5 hr of my time taking trips to their car, all of which I was charged for in addition to the actual work time. Never again.

Prestige Plumbing and Heating was excellent, very neat and clean. They did what they have promised. They did an excellent job. There were no problems.

I would like to state that my rating of C at this time is not final.I am contacting the owner to review the issues with the installation.With the super storm (Sandy) creating over worked and over burdened manpower and resources,and material I understand why conditions could happen. If after contacting the owner who I met and introduced myself and the role I would be playing prior to any contracts being signed or work installed.If I get no response then my rating will stand.I believe Prestige is a good company,just over burdened. I hope to revise this review or if that is not possible have Prestige respond to this rating .

The customer service and support of this company was excellent. I had to change over to natural gas because the price of oil was becoming ridiculous for me.

This company has done work for us in the past. They are very reliable and do a great quality job. They came right on time and the workers were very pleasant. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I was overall impressed with the quality of work. The workers were polite when working in my home. They answered all of my questions and were generally just a great bunch of workers. The price was reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone.

I'M VERY SATISFIED WITH THEM. I'VE HAD THEM HERE A FEW TIMES, AND THEY'RE GOOD. THEY COME QUICK AND THEIR WORK IS GOOD. EVERYTHING IS GOOD SO FAR. THEY WERE FINE CLEANING UP.
